The following rules apply to returns, among others:
If the box and/or delivered product is damaged, always contact us and take photos. In the case of an incorrect delivery, take a photo of the packing slip. Contacting us immediately is crucial so we can take immediate action.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately for a suitable solution. Returns are possible, but if this is beyond our control, you will be responsible for the return costs. All items must be in their original packaging, and we may still refuse the return upon inspection.
If an item has a technical defect, you should always contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to assist you with this and guide you in the right direction.
